Upon the call of the Chair, this Committee meets, interviews applicants and makes recommendations to the ACCENC Executive Board for individual members of this Conference who request financial assistance and have demonstrated by written application the desire to pursue a degree in higher education which will prepare them for vocational Christian ministry.
