Billy was born and raised in Eastern North Carolina.  He married his high school sweetheart, Judy and they have been in the minstry for over 35 years.  Billy became an ordained minister by the ACCENC in 1970.  He has served as Senior Pastor for Unity ACC for over 37 years!  Billy has served on local committees in our conference.
