Budget Committee
The Budget Committee shall formulate a budget for the Eastern North Carolina Conference consisting of the General Fund, Camp Dixie Operational Fund, Home Missions Fund, Scholarship Loan Fund, Contingency Fund, Benevolent Fund, Christian Education Fund, Minister's Insurance Fund, Youth Fellowship Fund, Salaries and Travel Expenses  and/or any other fund which may be created by the Executive Board or Conference.  It shall also be its duty to provide the percentages of distribution of the Eastern North Carolina Conference receipts, and shall take into consideration all debt requirements, and shall include such items in its recommendations, and shall provide a General Conference Budget figure.
